Rough first half, but towards the end we started playing better.

Mo had a nice drop pass to Monica for the first goal.

 

Being a striker has more responsibility then scoring, sometimes being un selfish is more appreciated by me than the actual goal being scored. This shows that it really doesn't matter who scores but that we score as a team.

 

I really let the girls have it at half, my biggest problem was I was unable to be at practice Tuesday and I gave the team the day off on Friday as a reward for your stellar play last Sunday.

 

 I was more pleased with the second half, Dani scored about 20 seconds into the second half with a "cracker" from 30 yards out. Upper 90! GREAT SHOT!!!!!

 

The third goal was scored by Daycee, right time, right place and the keeper couldn't recover.

 

 The fourth goal was disallowed but was equally impressive as her first. Well done Dani.

 

 I understand sometimes when we play lesser quality teams we tend to play down to their level. My other teams I coach have the same problem so sometimes I have to be a little hard to get you motivated. It would be a travesty in my opinion to ever lose to that team.

 

Any way, good job of regrouping and putting up another win. 13-0 in league play with 12 goals scored in the last three games.AWESOME!!!!

 

We have a tournament this weekend and we may play on Friday. We will be the only 95 team in our bracket with 94 and 93 age group teams. No worries, I have the upmost confidence in you and this will be good for us to prepare for State Cup in May.

Awesome job by everyone: Defense played awesome Bri, Cela, Dani, Alli and Hillary.

Midfield: Center Mids - Daycee and Kristen had really solid games as well as Jamie and Alexus.

Outside midfielders: Jasmine, Lexi, Chelsey, Monica all did great job on the outside.

Strikers: Mo, Kioana, Dena and Jasmine great job up top.

 

MO great job all around!! I challenge you to top that performance next week! LOL
